As the Director of Human Resources at Sentient Jet, Louise brings over 20 years of experience in shaping organizational culture, fostering talent development, and championing strategic HR initiatives. Since joining the company in 2004, she has held multiple roles across various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HRIS, learning and development, performance management, workforce planning and organizational development, employee engagement, HR communication, change management, and overall HR management.​

Before joining Sentient Jet, she began developing her HR experience in the healthcare industry, including roles at South Shore Hospital in talent acquisition, HRIS, and general HR support. Her expertise spans people management, organizational development, and optimizing HR processes to create an engaging workplace.​
