With over 25 years of experience in operational management and leadership, Brad has held senior roles at Flexjet, Sentient Jet, Dell Technologies, and EMC Corporation and has been recognized for his professional contributions and advocacy. He served as an Advocacy in Action Panelist at the International Women’s Day Conference and received multiple honors, including the Patriotic Employer recognition from the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Service Strategies Hall of Fame Award for Support Excellence, the Total Customer Experience Award, and the President’s Award for Support Center Excellence.
At Dell Technologies, Brad led product delivery services and operational strategy for the High-End Storage Division within the Infrastructure Solutions Group, overseeing a global team of over 9,000 professionals across 17 locations. He was responsible for enabling the business to achieve organizational goals, optimizing operations, and delivering innovative data lifecycle solutions.
Previously at EMC Corporation, Brad directed delivery strategy and operational management for support services in the Enterprise & Mid-Tier market within the Data Protection & Disaster Recovery (DPD) business unit. His leadership spanned a team of over 1,000 professionals across 14 global locations, focusing on performance metrics, new product integration, program-based services, and end-to-end service workflows.
