Alan is responsible for the overall growth, innovation and success of the Sentient business. He has led the development and transformation of the Sentient services team, and in parallel stepped in to shape the future of Owner Services at Flexjet. Alan has spent his career in Customer Success and Strategy and leading the Client experience.
Prior to Sentient, Alan spent 20+ years at Dell Technologies and EMC Corporation where he held key roles in leading Global Service Centers, Executive Customer-facing relationship management, driving accountability in Client Management standards and elevating Customer Experience through technology and innovation.
Alan has a passion for exceeding customer expectations and delivering best-in-class quality, being recognized by both industry and peers for his Service success.
