In his role, Alan is responsible for Business Operations and Client Experience. Alan joined Sentient in May of 2019, having spent 20+ years in Customer Success roles at Dell Technologies and EMC Corporation, where he was most recently responsible for Global Business Strategy and Transformation for Dell Technologies Commercial Support Services.
Alan has also held key roles in leading Global Service Centers, Executive Customer-facing relationship management, driving accountability in Client Management standards and elevating Customer Experience through technology and innovation. Alan has a passion for exceeding customer expectations and delivering best-in-class quality, being recognized by both industry and peers for his Service success.
